Stacie Schultz
Stacie, who is originally from Colorado, arrived in beautiful Rhode Island in 2012 via her husband Tim’s Air Force career. Since then, they’ve called Aquidneck Island home. Though she majored in English, and minored in French and Theatre, Stacie’s love has always been dance. She is a classically trained dancer and teacher whose interests have expanded throughout the years to include ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and finally ballroom. These days, she competes in ballroom several times a year with her coach who is also her dance partner. Stacie is also a certified Zumba instructor who teaches regularly in Portsmouth. She finds that Zumba is an excellent mix of dance, fitness, fun, and is a great stress reliever! Thus, her taste in music varies widely, though a favorite genre is the standards.
Stacie enjoys British dramas, such as Downton Abbey, and reading historical fiction or a good mystery.
As for her favorite food, she enjoys all of the lovely things that are included on an afternoon tea tray.
When not on the dance floor, Stacie enjoys spending time with her loving husband, Tim, and their little dog, Nova, who is a beagle, terrier mix. Most of all, Stacie loves the Lord, and knows, as in Psalm 121, that when she lifts her eyes to the hills, her help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
